Based out of
Cape Town, South Africa, Nick Chevallier is a director / cameraman with
over 20 years in the industry, operating throughout Africa and the Indian
Ocean islands.
He produces, shoots and directs documentaries about the natural environment, conservation issues, biodiversity and people-related stories across the continent.
He has filmed for conservation bodies including CITES, Conservation International, IFAW, WWF, IUCN and EWT.
Programmes are commissioned by local and international TV stations, NGOs and corporate clients. Nick works closely with Researchers, Scientists, Government departments, educational institutions and rural communities in the production of videos.
Programmes are translated into various local and international
languages. He has a comprehensive video library (footage sourced on Beta
SP DVCam, HDV and HD).
